We have eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed. It is a small place so you might have to wait a few minutes for a table but the food comes quickly. The tortillas are huge and fresh and the portions are VERY adequate. The whole experience is a little more Mexican than Tex-Mex.

Great food. Been several times and always leave full and happy. Small and sometimes hard to get a table. Love the salsa bar and they have grilled onions and jalapenos for free with your meal. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice menu with a salsa bar. Came here per the recommendation of a friend not disappointed in the least. The chips are light and fresh the salsas are Diversified and very yummy the prices are reasonable and open 24 hours. A great little hole-in-the-wall.

My husband and I visited while on Vacation in San Antonio. The Nachos were amazing. I got chicken on them, it was moist and tender! The best nachos I've ever eaten. This is not a fancy place by any means but we're not fancy people so it worked for us! We'll be back tomorrow! Thank God the diet starts on... More

Trying their California burrito, rolled tacos, and super nachos! Nothing like finding a bit of Southern California in San Antonio, Texas!

Great restaurant to pick up a quick bite to eat if you're staying at the JW Marriott. It's less than a 5 minute drive. Food is reasonably priced. I asked if all the flour tortillas in the 15 tacos I had ordered could come toasted. They failed to do so...instead giving me the entire order with semi-raw flour tortillas. I... More

Always open, and usually full, I have eaten here on several occasions and have never had a bad experience and the food has always been good. Another plus is the salsa bar that includes marinated carrots, jalapeños and onions.

I read the reviews prior to going and really wanted to try their Chile Relleno. Other reviewers commented about how good they were so, i had to go and try. Los Roberto's is located in a strip mall off bitters and next to a bingo hall. So, you can grab food and win some money at the same time. The... More

Where to start? Okay, the beginning. The tortilla chips were warm and crisp. (I add a little salt for extra flavor). I ordered three tacos: Barbacoa, ranchero, and potatoes, egg, and bacon. They were all amazing. The tortillas were soft, warm and fluffy. The food was perfect. There's a salsa bar with a good selection of mild to volcano hot... More

I was on my way to my hotel and wanted some authentic Mexican food when I saw this very small restaurant advertising Taco Shop. I couldn't believe my good fortune. I never had a "crispy" taco, and I will now look all over Tampa to see if I can find another. My "crispy" taco was the very best I've ever... More
