A truly fascinating experience. A chef who has not tools in his kitchen that were invented after 1850. Complex dishes several with a continental flair that delighted us. Also outstanding are the friendly servers who know about what they are serving and its source.

Beyond good food, they understand the importance if ethical, local, pasture raised. These people know how to take care of their clients, the animals and the planet. Highly recommend!!!
