Last time I went to eat there it became apparent that the cook was sloppy. I found a piece of beef in my shrimp plate and my tortillas were covered in red sauce. I have not gotten sick but I wonder what else they missed. No more El Potosino for me.

I had the chicken flautas, very good! Liked the rice and beans as well. Their quesadilla was delicious. We will be back here to try their other items. Good Mexican food and decent pricing.

We visited El Potosino on Bandera street the weekend of the 19th. The food has always been tasty and the prices are even better. We got there at 11:30am there's no more breakfast at that time so my daughter ordered the cheese enchiladas, my son a carne asada taco and I also had the carne asada tacos. The food was... More

Got out food in less than 10 minutes. Great food. Great fast friendly service. The salsa is VERY hot. We loved it! The only thing we didn't like was you had to order chips and salsa.

First of all this is not a family oriented restaurant do not take your kids. The food was horrible. We just happen to go because my friend wanted a tortilla with butter which by the way she never received. The "waitresses" are dressed in very short dresses, skirts and see through tops. The other thing that was pretty disturbing was... More

While in town wanted to try nothing but local establishments. Stumbled on this place while looking or a quick bite. Unbelievably good food. Had the varne a la mexicanà. Some of the best food. Margaritas strong and cold. No issues with service. If we lived here, this could easily become a weekly stop.

Got breakfast Tacos in the drive-thru this morning. When I get to work, i find that they short-changed me a Carne Asada taco ($2.29). I called the restaurant, and spoke to the owner - she wouldn't give me the $2.29 back! She was awfully rude, to boot. My office buys a dozen breakfast tacos at least twice a week -... More

Gross. Figured I would try it today, ordered beef fajita lunch special. No chips and hot sauce , u have to pay for then. Instead I got some watery tomato soup before my lunch.... The hot sauce is in those sugar dispenser jars with the metal flap on top, not meant for liquids. The ring of rotten salsa around the... More

I found out about this place through my driver. She told me it's the only Mexican food she eats outside her own home. First things first I like to walk alot when I get to in a new place and not to far from the mall either. I went twice in three days and both times was great. First full... More
