The margaritas were the best we had all day. The tacos, chips, and salsa were delicious. Our waitress, Vanessa, took very good care of us.

Note to those staying on the Riverwalk, not many places are open for breakfast unless you want to spend $25/person at the higher end hotel restaurants. The Rio Rio had really good view, enjoyable setting next to the river, but the service was horrible. We waited a very long time to be served and checked on and it wasn't because... More

We had dinner here unexpectedly. It was chosen impulsively due to convenience, hunger, and desire for Mexican food. The hostess was very pleasant and eager to accommodate us with a table either inside or outside on the patio. The server was gracious, but slow to take our orders and serve us. The food was acceptable, but not exceptional. The chips... More

We were just going to come here for drinks and apps. Then we sat down, ordered apps and it was so good, we kept going. Everything we ate we amazing and the drinks were even better! The grilled shrimp tacos were amazing. Our server was so friendly and recommended items for us to eat as we went. Highly recommend!

Great Margaritas and great mexican dishes at this Riverwalk restaurant. An extensive menu give you a lot of choices and monster drinks of all flavors round out the meal. Popular place. Fun to watch the folks on the river and on the River Walk.

Lesson learned. Thought this looked good and smelled good, but that was the extent of what this place has to offer...Service was Terrible. Never got chips and salsa desire them being "complementary". Took 15 minutes to get the water order. ordered chimichanga fajita beef without onions or peppers. friend ordered chicken burrito. Mine had 4 pieces of beef total that... More

First of all, finding the entrance can be a challenge depending on the direction from which you come. The food is awful: bland, poorly presented, the tables wobble and the chairs are uncomfortable. Parking is a nightmare. There really is nothing to recommend this place, and I mean nothing.

We stopped here for lunch and a few beers on a whim. The atmosphere is great as we sat on the elevated balcony and "people watched" as people walked along the river walk below. That made it nice. The food was good. It was about as I expected. I had the mixed fajitas (angus beef and chicken). The chicken was... More
