Food was delicious and the drinks were good too. Great place to people watch since the crowds walk past the restaurant, basically splitting the seating arrangements in half. They do need umbrellas for the tables since the trees DO entice birds to "sit" above while you are there. The only real complaint is that the service was somewhat slow. The... More

I had the chicken fettuccine and it wasn't bad. No tap beer only bottles which was disappointing. Wait staff was a little slow but consistent. Scenery on the River walk was great.

Service was extremely slow once the order went in. I had the carne asada and it was a chewy piece of meat but had great seasoning. It came with a chicken enchilada, Spanish rice and beans and lettuce topped with guacamole for $10.95. If you're not in a hurry and you just want to enjoy the people watching scene, this... More

Poor food and awful service. Never again! The location is nice by being right on the riverwalk. The restaurant was nearly empty since we went for lunch but not much help from our waitress.

It is not a fancy restaurant. The food is edible but expensive foe what it is. There many restaurants in the area, most of the have a waiting list, but not this one. It is a Mexican food place, the beef cut used in the "carne asada" is really chewy, if you like tender meat, that is not a good... More

5 of us had an early dinner at Paloma on the River Walk. All 5 meals were good and reasonably priced. Prices here are slightly higher than some other River Walk restaurants but the quality seemed a bit higher.Staff was friendly and attentive. A good choice if having numerous meals on the River Walk.

We stopped in for happy hour margaritas and dinner. Place was empty while the rest of the River Walk was bustling. That should have been our first clue. Drinks took a long time to arrive and then one of our party had the wrong drink twice. The food was expensive and not good quality. . . lukewarm and just not... More

Stopped here for lunch while we toured the Riverwalk area. The server set us up right near the river under a large umbrella. We tried the toritilla soup and the quesadillas. Everyone has a different version of tortilla soup; this one was a little bland, chicken broth, not tomato based and could have used more avocado. The quesadillas were great.... More

Riverwalk was crowded when I wanted to eat...there was a number of tables open here so I sat down and had dinner. Didn't have a chance to look at the reviews, but after I saw them I completely agree. In order 1) margarita 2) chips and salsa 3) food. Very disappointed with the Carne Asada, Staff was very nice an... More
