I've eaten here often over the past 30 years. The food is always good. Great bloody Mary's and Margaritas. I always take my friend's here if it is their first visit to San Antonio. Very authentic!! It's at El Mercado (the Market). Great place to shop for Mexican imports!! Enjoy!!

Great food, fast service once you get in but be prepared for long wait to be seated. They don't take reservations but they do give you a vibrating pager so you can shop near by. This was not our first trip to Mi Tierra but the average wait time seamed to be 45 min to 1 hour. The wait is... More

Attracted by the amazing decor...from ceilings covered in piñatas to a room filled with Christmas trees! However the food was oh so good!! The perfect freshly made tortillas were an amazing compliment to my famous egg dish! Great place to eat in an awesome setting at a great market!

Great lunch in the mural room. Everyone told us not to miss this experience. It completely met our expectations. Don't miss the Sopapillas!

We ate here twice, in the Market Square complex, for breakfas and luncht. Prices are reasonable, service is fast, the decor is a blast! Locals poo-poo the food as being very anglicized Mexican but we were not unhappy.

The food is always impeccable the guess are treated like 1 + original it's always packed but they are so kind with their drinks and manners you must visit if you come to San Antonio because it's not a text message Mom's homemade cooking outstanding I even went there in the eighties for my bachelorette party that's how good it... Love the way it is decorated with Christmas decorations. The waitress are so efficient. Don't miss the chicken mole enchiladas. Anytime we are in San Antonio this is a must stop.

Very large restaurant with valet parking in a very small lot or you can pay about $4 down the street to park in an attended lot. Promptly greeted, very friendly and was seated quickly. Clean. A bit loud with all the people and guys walking around strumming guitars and singing. Service was reasonably quick, food arrived quickly. The chips are... More

This restaurant has the perfect ambiance for a Mexican restaurant and an amazing bakery. I had a Chili Relleno and cheese enchilada it was very good. The only thing I find bad for lunch is they don't offer a fresh brewed ice tea!!! Other than that this is a good choice for Mexican food.
