When I visit a city, I prefer to eat where/what the residents eat. In San Antonio, Tito's is the kind of place to which I am drawn. We found Tito's by accident, a fortuitous accident. The food here is delicious and the menu transcends the (same old) familiar selections available at a thousand other Mexican restaurants. About a 15 to... More

We wanted a good breakfast taco and googled surrounding areas (we were staying at the Hilton Palaceo) and saw the reviews so decided to give it a try. On our first visit we had the breakfast special (3 breakfast taco's for $3.75). Now, I was expecting tiny tacos at this price. Let me tell you what we received, homemade tortillas,... More

I ordered the chipotle cream enchiladas and a jalapeno margarita. Both were amazing! The service was very prompt and friendly. I would recommend Tito's to anyone visiting San Antonio!

I enjoy the River Walk, but the quality of eating there is poor. Titos is about 15 minute walk and worth it. Great value, huge variety, delicious food. Highly recommended for a cheap and cheerful meal.

A group of us from Maine were in San Antonio for a conference. The Riverwalk was fun for the first couple of days but we all agreed that we would rather eat and hang out in a local and "off the beaten path" place away from the tourist hustle and bustle. This place was a find....a true gem of San... More

We are New Englanders who love Mexican food but don't get much of it at home. The folks at the hotel where we stayed suggested Tito's when we asked for a place that the locals would go for good Mexican. We ate here twice, and it was great. Excellent food and margaritas, good service, and definitely lots of local people... More

Tito's has been around for about 13 years. I used to go when they first opened because I worked close by. But I haven't been in years. I decided to try it again. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was actually very good and fresh. I had the tacos al pastor and they tasted like they were right off the... More

Absolutely loved this restaurant, great authentic Mexican food. Much better than we found in the immediate Riverwalk area and far far cheaper. Good service, good atmosphere and good adjoin bar area with sports on the TV.

Two of us had a late lunch on Sunday. Enjoyed the fresh taste of the salsa and chips for starters. I had Mark's Favorite combo plate- with a nice chicken flautist, a pretty good chicken gordita, and a beef crispy taco. All were okay, but not much lettuce or tomato on taco or gordita. Rice was average, but refried beans... More

Friendly place but not overall impressed with the breakfast, some of the food items were cold and the white of the egg not cooked fully.
