Again on our recent trip to Santa Fe, we had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Martin. One of our all time favorite restaurants. The food and service was impeccable as usual. If you are visiting Santa Fe this is a must do restaurant. The wait staff remembered us from our visit last summer and the wine we love. Truly... More

Nice atmosphere. The art on the wall was rather tacky. Pleasant professional service. The tempura oysters were appropriately artful and tasty. The filet mignon was not tender and not that flavorful. The glass of chimay ale was $16. The salmon was too salty but appropriately cooked. They do not serve liquor, only beer and wine. The chocolate pecan cake couldn't... More

With a progressive American menu that reflects a farm to table aesthetic, this restaurant teams imaginative food pairings with great presentation and an intimate dining area. The exterior hosts a decorative garden that also provides fresh food and herbs to the kitchen.

Went on a Sunday evening. Blown away by the service and the quality of the food. The sea bass and the tenderloin were superb. Very helpful wait staff. Good sized wine list with prices across the spectrum.

Well lit, unpretentious decor (hardwood tables w/o tablecloths). Very pleasant staff; owners wife came and talked with us for a while. We had Thanksgiving dinner at the restaurant - standard white and dark meat turkey, potatoes, stuffing, root veggies, and cranberry sauce. We split the pecan chocolate cake. All were well prepared but unfortunately there is only so much that... More

We were staying next door & thought we would try this restaurant. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent & the presentation so good that my entree looked like a work of art without being pretentious. The decor is simple but very nice & the service was outstanding.

Love the food at this restaurant, always delicious. More importantly most dishes will be graciously modified to accommodate gluten-free.

This is a small restaurant with close tables. They had changed their menu from what I had seen online, so no Brussels sprouts which I love and wanted to try there. Instead I had a scallops appetizer with gnocchi and my husband had chicken. I'm always a little cautious about ordering scallops - they can be overcooked and rubbery -... More

I have dined at Martin's innumerable times and have been thrilled each time. It becomes clear as you experience his cuisine that Martin has a capacious and penetrating understanding of food. Combinations you would never imagine are instinctive to him. This is why, when diners occasionally find some plates complicated, I respectfully disagree, just as I would not argue with... More
