Just went there twice over the weekend, was truly tasty, wife had the half rack of ribs and I had the pulled pork sandwich - I give it my highest BBQ recomendation, especially the #3 sauce

Stopped by this place to have some BBQ, and was not disappointed !! We tried the ribs, pulled chicken, pulled pork and sausage and it was so good that I am craving it as I type this. You order at the counter, serve yourself a drink and find a place to sit. I love this concept, as its fast service... More

As a Texan now living in Santa Fe, BBQ means moist tender brisket with tangy sauce. Unfortunately, the brisket seems more like sliced roast beef, but their sauce selection is very good. Other BBQ items (chicken, ribs etc.) make up for the so so basket.

I went to The Whole Hog with a couple of coworkers on a Wednesday. There were a few other customers, but no line to order and our sandwiches came out in less than 5 minutes. I got the pulled pork sandwich and it was excellent. Some of the tenderest, juiciest pulled pork I have ever had. We enjoyed having 6... More

This has an array of different typs of BBQ sauces to choose from. They have the best meat as far as pork, brisquit, etc. Love there sandiwiches and you get coleslaw with it.

Went there last night at 5:00 pm and I was the only one there. The brisket sandwich was dry and tough. Value was poor. Would not go there again. Where's a Rudy's when you need one!

The only meat on which I can opine is the pulled pork; it is so good that I haven't been able to pull myself away and try something else! Beans are also quite good, though a bit too sweet for my taste.

The only reason I didn't give Whole Hog in Santa Fe, NM five (5) stars is because their Volcano sauce didn't come with a warning! I've eaten at WHole Hog several times and I can honestly say that as far as pulled pork goes, they have it down to a succulent science. I always opt for the jumbo with the... More

I went here for lunch today on my family trip with my parents & was amazed at how delicious their food is. Since the three of us were not overly hungry we decided to split the Whole Hog Platter which includes 3 Ribs, 4oz of Pulled Pork, 4oz of Sliced Brisket, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, & Dinner Rolls.... My husband and I enjoyed our lunch here very much. The meat on our sandwiches (brisket and pulled pork) was tender and juicy with very little fat. Loved having a choice of six sauces at the table (#3 was our favorite). The sides of coleslaw and baked beans were yummy, too. Friendly service, good value, and free parking in the... More
