The setting for La Plazuela is beautiful and convenient, especially if you are staying at La Fonda. However, our soup was cold and our waiter would barely talk (perhaps he was new?). Therefore, my recommendation would be to venture out to another place.More

Food and service was exceptional. Even with a wait list it was possible to get in waiting with a short wait at the lobby bar. Not the first time to La Fonda, this trip met expectations with authentic cuisine, appealing decor and well-trained staff.

I don't usually like to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant because I know the prices are going to be more than in neighboring locations. The breakfast here, however, was outstanding and well worth the price. I don't typically like spicy food but it isn't...More

We both had the blue corn pinion pancakes. They were excellent just like we remembered this place to be. We are so glad we experienced it again. We will be back the next time we are in Santa Fe.

Our server Francisco was great. Explained menu items, suggested a variety of food to try. An enjoyable evening. Great service and friendly. The guacamole table side was a real treat and filling. Almost too much with dinner, but delicious. The windows of the dining room...More

We were at Laplazuela during our visit to Santa fe. The atmosphere is really good. They had some wonderful paintings all over the place. The art work they had done on the door was awesome. Food tastes average.

Usually everything runs well here. Was here for breakfast and I think they had to chase down a chicken to get my egg....slooooowww. The breakfast itself of blue corn pinon pancakes and a single egg was very good, once it arrived.
