We love this restaurant!!!! I must say, we get the same things again and again. Thanksgiving was delicious. My farmer raised husband loves the sweetbreads. They are hard to find and Chef Mark prepares them in the proper French style. The turkey was excellent and...More

Attentive well trained and multilayered service, carefully thought out and well executed high end dining. Nice wines, helpful sommelier. An alley-way connects to trendy Canyon Ave with copious galleries and cafes lead back to Plaza area of Santa Fe.

Great dining on Canyon Road. A wonderful lunch. Take the time to enjoy the outdoor dining. The wagyu beef burger and fries are a sumptuous experience and very worth the time when you visit Santa Fe.

We had an excellent lunch at The Compound but it obviously is more for the well dressed local clientele. We were in our usual tourist clothes and walking shoes and had to wait for a table to be prepped in the back room. We got...More

I cannot recall if they had any private rooms. I think if you contact them they may be able to set you up in some way.

Mark Kiffin, celebrated chef, owner, and author of the Compound Restaurant, has won the James Beard Foundation award as one of America's Best Chefs. The Compound is Santa Fe's premier restaurant with Chef Kiffin's acclaimed seasonal Contemporary American cuisine derived from Santa Fe's rich heritage of regional and Mediterranean influences. The New York Times, Gourmet magazine, The Wall Street Journal and Wine Spectator have all selected the Compound as Santa Fe's favorite. Equally impressive is the attentive, highly knowledgeable and friendly staff. Chef Kiffin's menus focus on the exclusive changes in seasons such as hearty braised dishes in the fall and winter using apples, pears and cider from local harvests, osso bucco and porcini risotto while in spring and summer feature fresh local vegetables and naturally raised organic lamb and delectable strawberries.
