We ate here after taking a sea kayak excursion -- it was right across the street from where the boat dropped us off. Our boat driver mentioned it when I asked for a local restaurant recommendation for fresh fish. We had the rock fish and the rock fish tacos. It was lightly breaded and delicious. Service was pretty good considering... More

Ate lunch here. Pleasant surroundings with views over the marina. Good selection of beers and food. My wife was given a glass with a chip on it which she complained about, it was quickly sorted out with profuse apologies, replacement and removed from the bill. Not a problem and well dealt with.

We grabbed halibut tacos, fried carrot/parsnips, homemade potato chips, and some of the best onion rings we've ever had after a morning of touring sites. We did a late lunch and had no trouble getting a table but I think it had been quite crowded and busy right at lunch time. We tried a couple of local beers also and... More

Best brews selection in Sitka and good food. They have a good selection of beers from all over the northwest. Most of the food is pub fare, but it is tasty. If you are looking for a place to eat that has a great view, this is your place. Very lively once the sun goes down.

Great beer selection from micro's to foreign. Really great menu with items like fresh house made salsa, wings etc. all very good. The other nice thing is the great views at the marina and downtown location. Ample parking across the street. This is the best place in Sitka!

Drinks okay, food okay but overpriced, owner/cook a real jerk!!! I have been coming to Sitka for the summer for several years to work and I have never wanted to see a business fail as much as I hope this new owner does. Twice now I have seen the new owner of this restaurant treat both his customers and employees... More

Typical pub food. We had the halibut fish and chips and shared a salad. My husband had one beer. The bill was $70.00! Noisy and the tables are close. Not worth the money in our opinion.

A cool, rainy day in Sika. ``Bayview Restaurant '' was recommended to us by a resident of Sika, as a nice local place for good food and lots of beer selections. ``Bayview'' was very active when we stopped for lunch but service was attentive and the food was very good. We both enjoyed the ``vibe'' (i.e., nice hum of conversations.)... More

Locally owned and operated with a focus on quality service. We take pride in having the best possible products available. It's a great venue for events and private parties. Regularly hosts a trivia night, open mic night, and free UFC events. There are many great diversions like Pool tables, Dart boards, 10 TV's, Foosball table, Shuffle board, Ping Pong, free book club, and even classic board games. Located conveniently close to the center of downtown, it is a must stop. There is a gift shop with Pub branded merchandise like hats, sweaters, and pint glasses that make great practical souvenirs. The draft beer selection is the greatest in the entire region. There is 2 bars each fitted with 12 taps for a total selection up to 24 Draft beer options. The seafood is locally sourced. The kitchen loves new specials, but every week you can expect smoked BBQ on Wednesday and Craft your own Mac n' Cheese Thursday night.
