The service is pretty quick. I also liked the fries they serve here. Good selection of beers and cocktails.

What a place, best service, best food and best back ground music. A must go place if you visit Flagstaff, large variety of Irish cuisine, beers and desserts, right in the middle of town.

We walked in and waited ages to get served. Once the bartender came over her mannerism was unwelcoming. We had two beers which cost 11$ which seemed steap. We came in again later that night and the staff again seemed very unfriendly we drank our drinks and left. Wouldn't return if we came back to Flagstaff.

My sister, a friend, and I popped into Collins Pub last night after wandering around lovely downtown Flagstaff. The decor was wood with dark seating. Our young waitress totally made the experience! We loved her. She was a hoot to listen to when talking about all the food she loves, going through the menu sections for her personal favorites- she... More

Anytime I get in to town, I like to stop at Collin's. Great beer selection, decent food, and a great staff! Can be a happening spot on weekends when school is in.

Burgers are huge, no need for fries. Great pub atmosphere and great choice of beer on tap. Our only fault would be was that we got a little annoyed with a patron and her dog visiting one of the servers. Great to bring your friends to help out the establishment but shouldn't be continuous communication to everyone else in the... More

I must have been the first patron in the pub in that the entire staff was going about the routine of opening up while I was politely ignored while sitting at the bar. With a couple of menu items that can be construed as Irish the entire venue is very much American. Staff anything but Irish. The building is a... More

We decided to stop at Collins pub for an early dinner on our way to the Grand Canyon. It was around 4pm, not early but not late. We took a table by the window, close to the bar and waited. And waited. One waitress walked past and didn't greet us or make eye contact as she stopped at the table... More

We chose Collins Irish Pub and Eatery in downtown Flagstaff for supper before a show at the Orpheum Theater just arond the corner. It was a busy Irish Pub, usually one of our favourites to have a beer and some good pub food. There were many big screen tvs showing the NCAA playoffs and several other sports. Lots of people... Good bar atmosphere, lots of beer to choose from! We didn't eat, but the menu did look solid and very Irish.
