A pub that serves tasty pierogi? We had already eaten but, hey, how can you say no to this? A beer while you wait for your order and some dynamite pierogis. I wish it were closer to Saint Louis.

I ordered Pierogis through Skip The Dishes today! Specifically I ordered Cheddar Potato Pierogis sautéed and served with pickled jalapenos, bacon, housemade spicy sour cream, chives, and fries. And it was DELICIOUS!!! I would suggest some extra sour cream, but if not you will not...More

RU’s doesn’t look like much from the outside, and if you’re not careful you may miss it altogether, but it’s a diamond in the rough! It’s very nice and modern inside, and the service is quick. These are some of the best pierogi’s I’ve ever...More

Visited at lunch, had difficulty parking and not in a good neighborhood. 3 asian pork perogis were good but $9, not that good. Service was slow. $5 for 2 tiny apple perogis and a cup of vanilla ice cream taken from a large container named...More

Definitely something different for a quick meal. Portions and presentation are nice. It's very small in there - not the best spot for a large crowd.

Family ate here last week and this was recommended by friends. Potato’s were fried and interestingly goo. Pierogis were fried sort of and for me smaller than I expected. Group all ordered them and all but one liked them but were not that enthusiastic about...More

Three of us had dinner at Ru's Pierogi earlier this month. We had several different types of pierogis and they were all excellent. The barman (owner?) helped us navigate a couple of beer flights and steered us to some tasty local brews. We really enjoyed...More

My wife, sister and brother-in-law had a great dinner at RU’s Pierogi. I had a local beer (Flying Buffalo Rusty Chain), a sandwich appropriately named “The Bruiser” ( Polish Sausage served on a rustic roll, topped with kapusta), potato ricotta (sautéed and topped with caramelized...More

I am a huge fan of pierogies. Here they have a variety, and the restaurant itself is very nice. Ive only gotten take out, which is prompt and courteous. We intend on hitting the happy hour soon!

Coming back from a ride, going down Niagara Street. Remembered that a new place for pierogi had opened last year. Ru's was wonderful. Friendly people, nice bar - local brews. And best of all - new spin on old world favorite. Had the arugula salad...More
