Only complaint was that the sushi was a lil cold for my preference. Very quiet, very polite friendly staff, I’d definitely go back.

Our second visit to Seabar did not disappoint. The service was perfect and every roll we had was delicious - especially the Beef on Weck roll. What?! Beef on weck? Yes. And it was better than any legit beef on weck I've had. My husband...More
I took a date here based on recommendations and reviews. By all accounts I should have been blown away by the menu but sadly I wasn’t. I have had sushi rolls in many places around the states as well as overseas and based on reviews...More
Amazing sushi rolls and the sashimi selections we had were to die for. The edamame was served cold (my first experience with it being cold) so we asked our server to heat it. Great drink variety and beer selection. Wish they were open a little...More
Our family (two teen boys and our 10-year old daughter) had an early dinner at Sea Bar on a Saturday night at five o'clock to celebrate my husband's b-day. This was the perfect time to enjoy the quiet-ish restaurant. We had reservations just in case....More

This is our go-to restaurant that never disappoints. Fabulous cross-cultural dining creations. Consistent high-quality of food, presentation, and service. Outstanding seafood, especially oysters. Treat yourself and find out what you have been missing. Hats to to Mike, Sherry, and Eric.

My wife and I had a very nice dining experience at the Seabar in September. Very modern, great food, neat bar, and kind of hidden away 3 blocks from downtown Buffalo. We found them via internet for fine dining in Buffalo. Average patron age range...More
My second favorite place for sushi in all of Buffalo. Perfect for lunch as witnessed by the crowds of people frequenting the place. Great BBQ salmon rolls and smoked eel. Must have is the cucumber salad. You won't be disappointed!
