We had dinner at Kaydara Noodle Bar on a cold January night. The food was good, and the prices were extremely low.

Stopped here for lunch. The ramen was pretty good but overpriced in my opinion. Soon as you open the door it is obvious the place needs a better ventilation system in the kitchen. The whole restaurant is engulfed in fumes and smoke from the kitchen. Not impressed.

We've wanted to visit Kaydara for a long time, but waited until they (finally) got a liquor license. The pan-Asian cuisine is delicious. The one big negative is that the place is very smokey from the cooking fire in the kitchen. They really need to invest in a stronger exhaust fan for the kitchen. A minor negative is that the... Always an amazing meal. I've never been disappointed by 2/2s (the chef) creations. They now have a wine and beer bar so it's a great place to stop for lunch and dinner. I would definitely recommend this place to Locals and visitors that would like to try creative dishes with an Asian spice!

Entire meal from apps to salad to main course was great. The chef, 2/2, layers flavor upon flavor to make incredibly delicious meals. A must visit when downtown buffalo

My daughter and I are visiting Buffalo this weekend and we wanted some good noodles. Found Kaydara online and it sounded really good so we gave it a shot. And they did not disappoint...they have a good selection of noodles. We got the pho and their house ramen and an order of steamed pork dumplings. All of it was delicious!... More

Kaydara always serves the freshest, most delicious food. We are NEVER dissatisfied with the quality, flavor and amount of food served. They now serve wine, beer and sake to compliment your lunch or dinner. I've gotten takeout, too. Yum!!

You may come to Buffalo for the wings but Kaydara will steal your heart. I have been a loyal customer for over a year. I am constantly craving the amazing Wheat Noodles. They also make the most amazing Vegan Pho. If the noodles are not enough to keep you staying there the creme brulee will do it. I've been living... More

The gluten free tofu & mushroom stir fry with jasmine rice was delicious (unexpectedly came in a bowl). The beef pho was also very good. Waiter was very helpful in helping us pick our dinner. The flan and cream Brule were also excellent (though the flan could have used a touch more coconut). BUT there is no A/C and we... More

Had dinner here a few times now. Have had great service, been fortunate enough to have had the same waiter every time. Noodles are delicious-I'd never been to a noodle bar previously. Now I can't find one good enough to compare to Kaydara. I love the oodon with prawn. Don't miss their creme brulee-you'd never expect it to be sooo... More
