It was hard to get a table. This place tends to get busy however it was very highly recommended. The mussels were amazing. The daily specials are the way to go. Service was good. Prices were fair.

What is going on at this restaurant? On Sunday a friend and I stopped by for a mid-afternoon lunch at the outdoor venue. We only had to wait a few minutes for a table, which was nice, and we appreciate the texting system to let...More

We decided to eat in the dining room on a Friday evening. We made 6:30 pm reservations and were seated promptly. Our servers were very prompt and attentive. The clam chowder was as great as everyone says it is. It has a great dill flavor...More

The prices were what you would expect - not cheap but not too high. The scallops were delicious! The service was great. I will go back if I'm ever in Newport again!

I've just finished reading some of the recent reviews, and all I can do is shake my head and tell you that we had a very positive experience on a Saturday night in mid July. There is an indoor restaurant with an extensive menu, and...More

Loved this location, right on the wharf, overlooking the slip for touring schooners. We had drinks and chowder and a salad. We loved the view but had a difficult time getting our waitress' attention. We ended up leaving and getting more drinks elsewhere. If we...More

Just sat down with the family for the first time here since our pre-children days, which seems like an eternity ago! The good news is nothing seems to have changed - the chowder is still hands down the absolute best in the world, and the...More

We waited one hour for an outside table smack in the middle of the wharf. The location makes it near impossible to get right in during the summer but that was the best part of it. Wait staff overworked and food maybe average.

After a long drive to Rhode island, we went to this restaurant, hoping to have a great meal. The food was average, as was the service. I don't know if it was coming to the end of her shift but our server had a miserable...More

We wanted to grab lunch after our mansion tours. We were hoping for something quick before our ride back to Boston, but the service was so slow. Our waitress was great and attentive, but it took forever to get a tuna salad bowl and a...More

Hello, They are open for lunch. i believe from noon until 9 pm. They may even have a Sunday brunch menu. Lunch is much cheaper than dinner. Either way the food, service and atmosphere is amazing. Enjoy!
