This was our second time eating at the Oasis. Lots of interesting Russian food blended with Mediterranean fare. I had the chicken shwarma for $8, my husband had the chicken kebab for $10. The chicken was delicious with some great spices or a nice marinade and cooked on a grill, but the sauce was a mustard-tasting hummus which seemed to... More

We had lunch here, and the menu options are very ample and everything we ordered was very tasty, service was good and prices were very reasonable. Definitely coming again and highly recommending to others! In terms of room for improvement, the ambiance is very simple and dull and service could be a bit faster.

We chose this house because it was close to our hotel. It turned out to be very interesting! The menu offered some unusual Russian dishes. They do not serve alcohol, but they allowed us to bring in a bottle of champagne (we were celebrating a birthday).

The Oasis Grill (Fields Ertel Rd, Cincinnati, next to a Cricket gas station) starts with Mediterranean fare, then moves east along the Silk Road to pick up Russian and Uzbek influences. Try the "Korean" (i.e., Russian) carrot salad ($6)--rich with garlic and coriander--the borscht ($7) and the lagman ($7, lamb-based) soups. They are hearty and delicious! The Russian "baklava" ($6)... More

A quiet, comfortable place with great service and a nice menu. The use of spices is fairly heavy as can be common with Mediterranean food, but the level of spice can be curtailed upon request. Our family likes this place.

They have all the components for a hearty Russian style meal ready to go; pierogies are fresh and the girls working at the store part of the cafe are exceptionally nice. I stopped in for some to go stuff and my order for 3 people was put together promptly. Perhaps just the eclair I got for myself was a little... More

This was a weird experience. We were there about 6PM and were the only ones in the restaurant for our entire dinner. It was a weekday. The server was slow. I'm not sure if serving a slow dinner is part of Russian culture or not, but it was too slow for us. We had to wave down the server to... More

As this was our first visit, we tried a couple of appetizers and soups to go with our entrees, which was too much food, but a good way to know whether we want to go back next time. We will go again, not because everything was perfect, but because it is a unique menu. My husband loved the Borscht, and... More

Went here for lunch, for a business meeting. I felt like royalty having a meal here, the place is that nice. The meal was superb, and was exactly what i was looking for. A little something different, in a GREAT way. I had the chicken kebab, and have been craving it again...i'll be back soon!

I was born in Russia and grew up in Central Asia , south of former ussr. While I won't say the food is bad, it is not great either. It is a very confusing place, they "fuse" a lot of Russian and Uzbek dishes. What it means is they serve a little bit of this and little bit of that... More
