The place is cosy, food is great, many choices on menu, big servings and reasonable price. Part of Balay da Blas hotel.

The pasta and pizza was great. And their version of dinakdakan was so tasty. Ending the night with a pot of hot tea made our dinner so perfect.

This is a must visit place. Very nice place. Definitely you will feel as if you are dining back during Spanish era. Very accomodating staff. And food was superb especially the saramsam pasta and poque poque pizza.

The food wasn't as good as I hoped. The tamarind juice was a bit too sweet. The longganisa pasta and pinakbet pizza are just OK. On the upside, the staff are amazingly nice and efficient. They will even give you tips and answer questions not related to their establishment. And the place is really nice too.

The best restaurant in Ilocos Norte. They have two locations, one in Laoag and one in Paoay. Excellent Ilocano cuisine and vey organic. Their restaurant is by Balay de plas in Laoag , makes the stay of the guests worth the price. Love it.

This is a very good place to satisfy your taste buds if you enjoy food tripping like us. You will not be disappointed! Their Bulalo is excellent. The Poqui-poqui (eggplant dish) is a must try.

My recommendations: Dinardaraan "Dinuguan" Pizza and Saramsam Pasta Both dishes were light in taste but still very good. I wish to try more of their dishes when I go back to Laoag!

This restaurant is rated #1 in Laoag City, so my friends and I wanted to try their food. They did not disappoint. Tried their bestsellers and they were all delicious. A plus factor was the ambiance of the resto. It's an old house converted into a restaurant with much of the "oldness" retained. A good dining experience.
