We tried the coban specialty but thought it was very average but the price was high. Very tasty soup with two bites of hard turkey. Did not finish the plate.

I went here specifically to try the Kaq'ik wishing it wasn't too hot. It actually didn't have any chile cobanero which originally was supposed to give the red color. Instead they do it with Achiote for the color red and you can add chile cobanero....More
