We were not prepared for that lovely and sweet evening in L'Archivolto! First of all the menu cart is a surprise with its creations of food specialities. But more exicted is the effort the resuatrant-owners invest in the small details. Last but not the least : the seafood as Main Course, irresistiable , which is THE SECRECT of the chef... More

We just returned from a fantastic dinner here. We made a reservation, which was a good thing, as they were turning people away. The restaurant is small, about 12 tables inside. The decor is very eclectic and interesting. Wine lust was small but adequate. Nightly specials are on a board. Nice variety. The owners are super nice, attentive and helpful.... More

Hearty, functional food with solid, good quality ingredients, sometimes with an innovative twist. Some tasty Corsican specialities. Lacking the flavours and sophistication its high prices would warrant. Friendly service, lovely decor and fun surroundings in a small central square.

We really enjoyed our meal there. Be warned...you need a reservation. We saw lots of people being turned away because the restaurant was already full when it opened at 19:30 hrs. Food is excellent, well presented and the service is first class. The house wine is inexpensive and also very good. We recommend strongly.

Unless you book your table in advance, you will end up queuing. But it is worth suffering as the dishes and the atmosphere are really excellent. Excellent Corsican and Mediterranean dishes, which you may have tried before, but chances are high that they will taste much better here. Recommended !

We had a table for 4 on the terasse, glad we made a booking as the food was delicious. We shared an entree, carpaccio with goat cheese and figs ( something I wont forget for a while - yummy. The mains were all good and again we shared the dessert, these were unusual and great too. We all enjoyed our... More

We had dinner at L'Archivolto while stopping on our sailboat cruise in Bonifacio. The restaurant is in a small road next to the main church in the old town of Bonifacio. The menu is exquisite and everything we have ordered was just fantastic. The service was also very nice and prices are pretty ok (and not expensive as in the... More

Really the best restaurant in Bonifacio ( tested a lot). Local, French sophisticated cuisine with a lot of fusion ideas. Beautiful experience

The service is friendly and the decor eclectic and in fact a real delight but there's no denying that as much as we wanted to love the food, we were a little disappointed. Some elements of the main dishes that should have been warm, were not and the cheeses were cold - as if just taken out of the fridge;... More
