The decor was decent but the food was underwhelming and service was disappointing. We felt forgotten by our server and the food took an excessively long time to come out. Skip this in favor of Chops.

A warning up front: This restaurant is in the marina at the El Conquistador Resort at Fajardo. If you use valet parking, be prepared to pay $25 plus tax, whether you are there for one hour or one day. There is self parking within an easy walk of the resort entrance which is somewhat cheaper. My wife and I had... More

This is a seaside restaurant at the lower level by the marina. We had the Dorado fish, a pear gorgonzola salad, lamb chops, and the cream of squash soup. Wonderful food with a romantic evening by the sea atmosphere. Prices were reasonable.

This restaurant in the marina village is a gem. Promptly seated at a nice porch table. Incredible service. We were so well taken care of. The food was good especially the appetizers of calamari and lobster salad. Ahi tuna good but swordfish a bit overdone, however we love dining her for dinner and highly recommend it.

We have been to this wonderful property for the past 4 years. This was the first opportunity we had to enjoy the Stingray. The first evening we had appetizers only and throughly enjoyed them. The second night my husband order the local fish, Chillo, in a Lobster Risotto, which was outstanding. The staff was very attentive and who can complain... More

Had dinner at The Stingray Cafe with my husband & parents on our last night at The El Conquistador. Had a table on the lovely patio on a night with a perfect breeze. We were well taken care of by the wait staff and manager. Our dinner was good not great but would definitely return. The visit from the hotel... More

Right down on the water, the food and service were really excellent. We both had seafood with a couple of drinks. The bill was over $120 without tip.

We had a wonderful dinner at Stingray's over the holidays. The food was excellent, especially the curry shrimp appetizer (save some bread to soak up the sauce!). The service has a wow factor and deserves five stars. Special thanks to Johnathon and Yaminda for their extra special attention. Make sure to order the soufflé dessert early if you want it... More

Stingray is a truely lovely restuant located at the Marina in the Conquisdor. For those that enjoy eating at al fresco Stingrays offers outdoor seating which is more casual. For those that enjoy a more formal setting the resturant is perfect. The decor, music and overall atmosphere offers a most enjoyable dinning experience. The shrimp and steak served with mofogo...
