Just popped in for a quick takeaway cuppa on way to Cardrona. I had a chai latte which was super sweet and tasted artificial. Couldn't drink it. My partner's long black wasn't very good either

I popped in for brekkie, saw the porridge and went for it. I dont know what it was but it was delicious, unlike any other porridge i have had. 5 star porridge here.The coffee was Allpress and excellent. Well done team
This place had strong decor, the kind of ambience at first glance that smells of coolness and pompous, pretentious hipsterism. But it turned out to be mellow as flip...accept for the staff that was short with me...even with my nicest smile and kindest yankee accent....More

This is a very noisy restaurant with brick walls and nothing to baffle the sound. Food adequate but not great for dinner. Limited gluten free options. Service pleasant but not exceptional.
What a perfect place to meet up with friends for a coffee. Scones crisp and yummy and coffee was excellent. They know their stuff. Love the communal table with very friendly people coming and going Thanks to Pete Bowmar for this experience.
Was drawn in after a days skiing by the "best hot chocolate in town, possibly the world" sign. I actually have nothing else in Wanaka to compare it to but it was very good especially as it came with a stick of Whitaker's chocolate! However...More
Had a couple of takeaway coffees and hot chocolates, to take up the mountain, based on how good they were, we returned several times, we had a fantastic breakfast on our last morning , would definitely recommend .
