Good options. Quick service. Courteous and friendly service. Chinese food was very good. Kids enjoyed it thoroughly.

Big Ben restaurant is attached to Hotel Ganga Azure, and is located just a short walk away from Haridwar railway station. The restaurant serves vegetarian food. We ate here 3 or 4 times. Prices are reasonable, and service was quite prompt.
Try the 'thaali': the quantity of food is more than adequate and it tastes quite good.

I walked into Big Ben restaurant for lunch. My thali wascserved to me promptly and it was good-- mixed sabzi, paneer in tomato gravy, yellow dal, curd, salad, rice and tandoori roti.
The restaurant had air conditioning and was quite roomy. This was a big plus point on a hot June afternoon. All in all a good experience!

It was great to see a clean and hygienic place to eat... Food was also great and service was great as well .
Rates were quite reasonable... Must try when in Haridwar

I had dinner here while visiting Haridwar with my husband. We liked the rating & reviews of this hotel so decided to try. The food was good however the manager was were misbehaving. He was treating us not like guests but as if he had too much trouble serving us. He was a fair complexioned middle aged man, with mustache & specs. It was hot so we asked him to switch on ac to which he said "Itne log nahi hain ki ac chala de". To top it all up, he gave us kacha bill and once we paid, he took that bill too & never gave back. The manager is not only mistreating the guests but also cheating hotel owner by giving kacha bill & keeping the money himself. I myself being owner of a restaurant, completely sympathize with the owner hotel....

The food is kind of okay considered pricing wise. The main positive is location of restaurant else you can find some good food just 500 mts from this food joint.

The restaurant itself situated very near to Haridwar railway station(5 minutes walk) on the main road, we had our breakfast here, that included Tea, cheese toast and continental breakfast-
Grilled Cheese Toast - Two pieces of sliced bread, they just put inside the Amul cheese just without grilling.
Cont.Breakfast - A small glass of juice
There was no fresh juice.
4 Toast with butter and Jam and Masala Tea
The tea was good. (25 Rupee for a cup)
The money that we paid there with the same amount two persons can have lunch or dinner in that area and good quality and quantity.

Pro- Well trained service, delicious food, warm behaviour, great location, nominal rates.
Con - i received dirty cutlery, but these things happens sometimes and these mistakes are often compensated by the nicely behaved staff.
Customer service is well taken care of!
