We were hungry tired and the weather was bad, so we weren't picky. There was only self-service. We chose a quiche with salad. We were offered two pieces each because, as they said, the pieces were small. Kind enough, but one piece would have been enough. You cannot make much wrong with a quiche, but they did: very salty, dry,... More

Very nice staff, good tea with rum. The owner invited me to try his mint vodka, it was excellent. And they also have a good wifi.

After 45 minutes of waiting (and seeing newer arrivals seated and fed), I asked if there was a problem in preparing our two pots of fondue. It seems they were waiting for us to ask, as the fondue arrived about 5 minutes later. Meal size was good, fondue was tasty and served with individual salads. Waiter was friendly and attentive.... We were very excited about supper here. It is on the slopes and they have a skidoo to drive you to and from the roadside which was absolutely fantastic fun especially for the kids. The staff were friendly, and the fire was lit but the atmosphere was lacking. There is nothing for children on the evening menu, the choice was... More

Self service restaurant , good choice of dishes but pricy . The staff is very helpful and welcoming though . Dogs allowed ! I rate it as average as I felt that the cauliflower and cheese dish on the menu was not freshly made , nor was the fruit salad .

We've been to Flaine 4 times now and I can't believe this is the first time we ate at Cascade. It is the best place by far. It isn't open every night so ring or pop in when you ski pass to check first. Don't be put off by the fact it's on the piste and a walk away from... More

Great raclette dinner for a family with kids, very nice food and efficient and friendly service, an extra was the pick up with a snow scooter that took us to the restaurant which our kids found very exciting.

we were told to speak some god damn French ( we ordered in French ) but could not understand if you had to pay for your drinks with your food .There are lots of very friendly restaurants around Flaine that don't require you to speak perfect French and do indeed like the custom of the English .
