This restaurant was just ok. I’ve had better food in Italy. Wasn’t anything special, but not horrible either.

Another tremendous meal in the best restaurant in Anguillara Sabazia. We had arancini, Bruschetta, seafood pasta, pizza and more..my kids loved it. We will be back in July, thanks again. M.
This place is a gem great atmosphere we had classic antipasto to start delicious meats and cheese then a Pizza each which was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted a beautiful thin crisp base with salami and tomatoes so tasty with a litre...of house red wine which suited the food and a bottle of water all for €35 amazing value have booked to go againMore
Came here twice in a week and we had the most enjoyable time after a very long time..keep up the good work guys and we will see you very soon..
What a shame for a beautiful town to have such a poor restaurant in its heart. If you are local and Italian speaking, you will have a better experience than we did as English speakers. Clearly not welcome! Waitress met us at the door (‘greeted’...would be too generous a description). Showed us to centre of restaurant and told us to sit. Gave us menus in Italian. 10 minutes later she threw 3 English menus on table (there were 4 of us). Waiter gave us bottle of water but we had later to ask him to bring other drinks. When these soft drinks arrived, he put cans on the table but no new glasses, so had to use the ones we had drunk water from. Took food order and a basket of bread arrived but no oil but didn’t matter as bread was removed sharply shortly after without asking. Starters were average and mains were Ok. But attitude each time was close to rude, plonking plates down with no care. No dessert menus offered until we asked and by which time we decided we were not staying. Sad that a grumpy old waiter can spoil the experience of a visitor to a nice little town. I couldn’t recommend.More
Missed a started, took over an hour for our main courses; two were disgusting and sent back. Service terrible. If you find yourself reading this review and are already committed to the restaurant - go for pasta and avoid meat, better still, run away
DO NOT GO It's been months that I'm travelling in Italy and it's the first time that I feel like I HAVE to leave a feedback so that others travelers will not be as disappointed as I am right now. The waiters are extremely RUDE....I've never seen such a bad bahiaviour in a restaurant before. Everybody seems extremely unhappy there and very annoyed. I felt so uncomfortable!!! I could see that the fact that I'm french and that I speak english was a problem, I was definitely not welcome. I just asked for a fork and one of the waiter looked at me so annoyed, rolling his eyes and turning back... I worked in a restaurant for months and I haven't treated any clients like that. I would have been fired for sure!!! The food is definitely not worth it, it's sooo easy to find a better place around. I usually never leave feedbacks unless it is extremely good or terrible... Poor people! They leave in such a beautiful place and they seem so unhappy and cold. I feel bad for themMore
Stopped here on our way to Rome! Order the calamari, the rigatoni, or the pizza. Everything tasted great!!
It is definitely below other restaurants in the same area, bringing in positive only its position in front of the lake. In general the food is barely acceptable, on the basis of several visits and different dishes. The only dish I found good is bomboloni...allo scoglio. Fish is fresh but when you have to chew squids you can complain about quality. Quantities are typically abundant, but that does not compensate the quality of sauces, pasta and second dishes. Pizza is better.More
I am a local here in Anguillara, and I gave this restaurant more chances than I should have. Service is terrible and the food even worse. Cheap peices of meat and low quality seafood. DO NOT RECCOMEND!
We decided on Harvey as we had already tried another local sea front promenade restaurant. We are are pleasantly surprised with the attentive and friendly service, nice table settings, and attentive staff. As they don't serve pizza at lunch times (much to the disappointment of...husband and son) we ordered pastas, bruschetta, fries and a calamari for the table. I think the older server/owner scoffed a little as I wanted calamari as a main and not a starter (secondi) but hey-ho it all arrived fresh and tasty at the same time. Daughter had the best dish at the table, gnocchi all la vongle (clams) and porcchini, a tiny bit too salty but very tasty. The house white was fresh and lovely and my cappuccino was the best coffee I had while I was in Italy. Wish we had gone a second time or for dinner to try the pizzas. Next time. The young man serving us was attentive and spoke some English but was very attentive. Great spot for food.More
We ate here on our first night in the village after visiting Rome. Our experience of food in Italy had been very disappointing until visiting Harvey's. The food was excellent so good we booked for the next night. We can highly recommend the T bone...steak the king prawns and the rissotoMore
It's OK but nothing to write home about, the menu is far too long for it to be anything special. Staff are pleasant, the house wine is OK. Portions are generous. There is shaded outside seating, it is reasonably priced. Not really much else I...can say, there is car parking (pay and display) free 1pm - 3.30pm close byMore
Friendly staff, especially consideding how busy they were. We had spaghetti, and really enjoyed it. There was a no smoking area which was good for us, as in most places they seem to smoke everywhere.
Went here twice. Positively surprised with the pasta and steaks, but stay away from the pizza as it was completely tasteless. Nice staff was a positive.
