we spent several dinners at the brasserie and had a great waiter service from matteo - thanks again, great job !👍🏼
every burger we've tried was delicious and the home made sauces are very tasty - we'll come again.
ps. you have to try the brasserito (long drink)

The food was great, fast service and the employees were very friendly. We arrived late and without reservation and a table was ready for us. Francesco served us and he was really nice and helpful in giving us some suggestions when we were ordering the food. The only thing I would have like to see was more local draft beers. Great place for late dinner.

Very interesting burger and pizza variations (classics meet unconventional but suitable ingredients).
Very friendly and good service by Sabrina (and also the other team members). Also English is spoken very proactively and good, when needed (which I did not experience as being the standard in the city/region

Our staff, in addition to being very well prepared, have undergone a training course in English specifically for catering and the results can be seen.

Ordered the ribeye steak and asked for the steak to be cooked medium rare. I don't believe the cut of beef I was given was ribeye, in Ireland we call it minute steak, it was so thin it would have been impossible to cook it medium rare. I will say the beef was nicely seasoned and tasted well, hence the 3 stars, but certainly wasn't worth the price of €22 paid and I honestly don't believe it was a cut of ribeye

We apologize if the ribeye steak you ordered did not meet your expectations in terms of size and doneness. We will do our best to ensure that portions and cooking are in line with our customers' expectations.
We are pleased to hear that the meat was seasoned well and tasted good. However, we note your comment regarding the cut of the meat and will do further checks to ensure that the cuts of meat on our menu are correctly identified.

Never had such a slow service so far, not even in Italy. Took us almost 2 hours from getting a table to getting the bill. Others were served twice as fast, pretty chaotic way of serving guests. Burgers were okay-ish.

We had an incredible time having lunch while waiting for our bus. The food was incredible and the server, Emanuele, was kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He also helped us locate the bus stop when we were confused and frankly a little lost. The other staff, while we didn’t interact as much, were also very friendly and helpful. Will be eating here again next time I’m in Gallipoli. Thank you so much!

We looked around a bit for a place to eat and found the Brasserie with all the options we could need.
We were greeted by some amazing staff and Sabrina our waitress was amazingly helpful explaining things to us in English and going the extra mile.

I ordered the hell pizza and it did not disappoint. My mouth is numb!
My wife’s ordered the cheeseburger with the home made bun. It was excellent.
My youngest daughter ordered some onion rings with the mango spicy sauce a awesome.

11 of us went for dinner in Brasserie. We sat outside, waitress was so friendly & helpful. Restaurant was buzzy & food was delish. We tried chicken wings, burgers, salad bowels, flat breads & chips between us. Everyone was happy with their food & we had a great night.

Contemporary restaurant, but the food nothing special. Got the chicken burger and the chicken was processed. Good restaurant but only if you want a basic burger. Doesn’t deserve to be In the top 10 restaurants in Gallipoli list.

We had a dinner while we were on vacation. It was one of the best if not the best eat out. Waitress Sabrina is such an amazing and hardworking person. Many restaurants wish for waitress like her! If we return to Puglia we will return to Brasserie for sure! Thank you for an amazing experience ❤️

We have eaten here multiple times and the burgers are awesome! We love the smash burgers, so flavourful and excellent toppings. Daniela served us and was so great. Her colleagues offered great service and we were well attended to. Best burger spot in Gallipoli!

Very tasty pizzas, with amazing fresh flavours. We don’t speak much Italiano, but Michele was a helpful and professional waiter so we were able to get the meal we wanted.

Managed to get the last table. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Food high quality for the price with lots of choice. Service was very fast too
