We discovered this place through social media, and as soon as we arrived on holiday in Salento we immediately went there. Location located on Corso di Gallipoli, well before the old part. Design place but a little dark in my opinion, I would have preferred chandeliers or some more lights on the table. Be careful, reservations for the summer period are not available, so you have to show up at the restaurant and hope that by being put on the waiting list a table will free up before you find another place to dine in. We were lucky and about 15 minutes later they called us to give us the table. The service can be called via a special device, and in this case the call can also be canceled with the dedicated buttons. Overall good service, very friendly and helpful waiters. As for the pizzas, there are a lot of them, perhaps too many, in fact we had a bit of trouble choosing which of the many to order. The starters were a little disappointing, in the end we opted for simple chips which however weren't bad at all. One of the best pizzerias in Salento and beyond, there will be a reason why it is consistently in the rankings of 50Top Pizza and Gambero Rosso.
