I found the employees more than a little surly. They need to get over themselves. The menu is limited but there is something for everyone. The food was prepared as it was ordered, not cooked and held on a warming tray. The problem for me was that when I ordered and paid with a credit card the employee looked at... More

We stopped here in between the bus up from Gudvangen and the train to Bergen. Firstly, I have to mention the coffee which was sublime. During a recent visit we ate several times at this lovely cafe near the old church in Voss. The food was lovely, homely grub - we ate a tasty beetroot salad, omelette etc. The meals were beautifully presented and very warmly received on a cold day. Staff were very kind and helpful and spoke excellent English. I would describe the... More

Our innkeeper recommended this cafe/restaurant -- it was gorgeous -- the slightly retro hip setting, the absolutely delicious food, and sweet staff.

An excellent place to stop for lunch or just a coffee and cake. The food was delicious (and reasonably priced), the staff friendly and the location relaxed and welcoming. It's clearly a popular spot with locals and visitors alike.

Great place to chill out and enjoy a hot meal. Excellent selection of beers and other drinks, coffees and tea. Looks like where the hip locals meet.

Well this was an expensive light lunch but I guess Norway is an expensive place to visit!! Soup was ok for myself and wife but the egg and bacon sandwich for our daughter was average at best. More fat than bacon and add to that the fact the two latte's were luke warm, so average at best.
