A very nice dinner in an attractive and interesting home with wonderful service. We brought in our own wine and just had to pay a small corkage fee, which we thought was also very nice.

Had a late lunch here. Warm greeting and friendly server. Excellent minestrone and saganaki. Large servings. Don’t miss dessert
Always great! Zias has been our favorite family go-to place whenever we are in the area. We've been dining there for 15- 20 years and never had a bad experience and ..just found out patio is pet friendly!
This place has top-notch food. I always look forward to eating at this restaurant, less than a minute off the highway as you’re passing through Summerland. Today we had salmon Wellington, and a chicken and shrimp dish. It was cooked darn near perfect… Moist meat,...and the complementary sauces were very a good combination. Pair that with a good glass of white wine, and it is a special meal. Don’t hesitate to reserve a table at this place. And you probably will need reservations, as it’s a pretty popular place around dinner time. I normally take pictures of the food before I start eating it if I plan on leaving a review. The state of the dishes will tell you how good the meal was.More
We visited Zias Stonehouse to use the car trip from Kelowna to test our new Mini Electric. Zias was busy Saturday afternoon, but we had no problems finding parking and an inside table. The service from "Sherri" was impeccable and entertaining. The meal was the...Feast Classic combo, and it was outstanding. There was no way we could finish, so no Saturday home dinner planning was necessary. Best restaurant meal in years!!More
Wonderful. Four of us visited for dinner and enjoyed appetizers (Brie and garlic crostinis & maple chili chicken) and entrees. We were all very happy with our food. Appetizers were fresh and flavourful, entrees (chicken wrap, chicken and Brie sandwich, scallops, chicken Sophia) delicious and...ample, all enjoyed outdoors on the patio under the grapevines. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. This restaurant is well worth a visit if you’re in the area!More
Food is good but quite Greek oriented. The menu should be of a wider variety of dishes or the restaurant should say they serve Greek food. The house and decoration is beautiful
Zia's once again surpassed our expectations! We have been dining at Zia's for over 20 years and are never disappointed. The ambiance in this family-run heritage home is charming and delightful. The staff are always friendly and make us feel so welcome. The food is...fantastic and the servings are large. Last night, we shared appetizers before the main course and devoured the Maple Chili Chicken. Exceptional! The Zia's burger is the best in the Okanagan... yes we've checked around and there is no comparison. The beef ribs are worth fighting for! Not to mention the desserts! Zia's is a FAVOURITE among locals and we will continue to bring our out-of-town friends and family here for a wonderful and very delicious meal.More
Just NO. Old tourist trap. Very dated decor -- looks old and tired inside. Food choices were also dated and mediocre. There were 6 of us and 1 person liked their entree. Waiter was rushed and not very pleasant. I see many positive reviews but...way too expensive for the quality. I think most people go here because they read about it online and it's the only game in town!More
Thank you Aviana for squeezing our last minute table of 8 into your full restaurant! On grad weekend nonetheless! Food was delicious as always and our server was lovely and attentive. We always recommend your restaurant!
Kept burping up their nasty food 2 days later. The staff were mean, the meat tasted like it came from a can. Their 'roasted veg' is either microwaved or steamed. Food tasted old and the cocktails taste like one of those cheap mixes from walmart....I felt sick after the meal. Oh and the owner deleted my other negative review to falsify their rating. I'm also suspicious that they use family and fake emails to increase their ratings because there is no way they are worth the rating they get. I could get a better meal at a gas station diner. This is a kitchen nightmares waiting to happen. Show lessMore
Great food, service and atmosphere. A variety to choose from the menu and the wines have a big selection. Highly recommended.
This a hidden gem that you need to experience. Food is always fresh and several vegetables on every plate
Friendly & welcoming staff. Great selection- the beet salad & the calamari were excellent starters. On the lamb chops, the menu says you can split the order onto a second plate - great option! The in house dessert maker did an awesome job Definitely a...highlight of our visit to the lower okanoganMore
This was a do over meal, for my wife and me, from 10 months ago when we had a poor experience at Zia's. OMG - what an unbelievable - absolutely tremendous (meal ) occasion this time around. They were extremely busy Wednesday night and had...every good reason to have their service stretched to the limit -however they went far and above anything we could have ever expected. Kudos to our server Rene-He was fantastic throughout the whole meal. We started with cocktails and yes, now they only serve premium alcohol. Great improvement! We started with (split) a large House Caesar salad which was the best we had ever had! My wife ordered Salmon and Prawns and I had Prawns and Scallops. Both our meals were to perfection. The accompanying vegetables were fresh- perfectly cooked as you could actually taste the subtle flavour of each individual vegetable. The aroma from my wife's salmon made my mouth water. My prawns and scallop's were absolutely done to perfection. We shared an reasonably priced $36.00 excellent bottle of white wine with our meal! We were not going to have dessert however the owners wife ( I believe ) gave us a special menu with specialty pastries made by a baker who Zia's had sponsored (with his wife and children ) to come to Canada to work -- from Ukraine. We had Chocolate Cherry cake which melted in your mouth but surprisingly was not overly sweet. It was fabulous!!! We were there for 2 hours and at no time were we pushed to finish anything. I would like to go on record and state that this review is based on what we actually experienced and at no time were we asked to comment in any manner whatsoever! We gave them no forewarning that we were coming and we are not being compensated for this review. Our experience was based on Zia's exemplary attention to detail and dedicated service of all their customers. We are definitely looking forward to returning to Zia's for our upcoming anniversary this May. Brian J. MaguireMore
