Have not been here for three years, and pleased to say it is still fantastic. Just walk in, find yourself a table, order a beer, then walk around the food stalls and place your orders giving your table number. There are a lot of food stalls to choose from and all very good.

We always eat here when visiting Penang. The food is cheap and authentic hawker food. Great surroundings. Beer is icy cold. It can get very busy so sometimes you have to wait for a table. Would highly recommend it especially if travelling on a budget. The satay is the best ever!

Great Hawkers Food!! Very yummy. Only bad thing was that I was on my own and couldn't order more food!

So much to choose from , atmosphere was buzzing and the smells were amazing. We had a meal for a family of 4 for £8 here. Visited a few times during our stay in Penang

It has been quite a while we visited Long Beach and we decided to revisit. Our regular hawker stalls were very happy to see us and welcomed us like long lost friends. There are now more big tables to cater to larger groups. The dinner crowd was big and noisy as usual made up of locals as well as tourists.... More

We tried this based on trip advisor recommendations and ended up here 3 times. I'm vegan and there were a few things I could eat (I wandered round the different stalls and asked). My parents had various dishes from the tapenyaki stand and all were good. It was great that we could all eat different food and everything we tried... More

Varierty of foods. Love the atmosphere. Many shops and stalls to work around. Make sure to book or sit at the table 1st.

Have always loved coming here on my 3 visits to Batu Ferringhi. So much variety and all the food is of a high quality. The same stalls have been here for years - an indication of their success. Chicken tikka was great. Best spring rolls you'll ever find. Don't go too early.

The place was a huge covered area with LOTS of stalls, and bad ventilation, filled with 99% tourists. Bad ventilation made me smells like oil after leaving it, I was like soaking my hair and clothes in the soot. The food was so so and all stalls seem to be occupied, waited for long for the fried koay tiao and... More

Long Beach is a collection of street stalls surrounding the sitting area. It is located outside and offers many cuisines including Malaysian. In the area there are not so many restaurants offering Malay food so I thought it appropiate to add this 'restaurant' to the listings, although most would probably not class it as a conventional one!
