I love the place, it feels good inside. Service is very nice. At starter we got very good aperitif and warm bread. The menu is not too wide but has quite a good list of pizza and pizza was very good. We enjoyed very much the meal.

We ate there tonight after having walked all day visiting .pompeii and as we chanced on this little restaurant quite by chance, it was like an oasis in the desert. First of all it is charming in n out of the way little square in Vietri, just below the church. The food was unpretentious and wholesome and very tasty. Their... More

We've had a nice dinner here. I especially liked the setting, the room with the paintings that look like they were made to fit here. Bread with olive oil and anchovy sauce to start with, pasta with tuna-roe and figs, fried small fish, various desserts, all of it good, nothing spectacular. It didn't strike me as particularly expensive or slow... More

This small unassuming place was the culinary highlight of my week in Vietri sul Mare. Amazing food, great wine (and beer) and very friendly staff. What else is there to add? Perhaps a piece of advice... take your time to enjoy this. The food will not land on your table 3 minutes after you having placed your order (try the... More

You have to stumble in this little place as we did today for lunch. We were so impressed with the food that we returned tonight for pizza takeout to our hotel. Tucked on a tiny elevated half square, this very unassuming spot tries to do sustainable and local, and slow food. At lunch I stumbled into a meal of very... More

For some reason this place doesn't come up where it is on tripadvisor. It's next door to 34 da Lucia which is highly rated - we are here because they had tables available & we're very accommodating of us Veggies. The waiter was the best and we put our faith in his recommendations and were not disappointed. Set in a... More

We discovered this osteria too late to dine here in the evening which was a shame because the 'appetisers' we tried at lunchtime were really imaginative. It was obvious though that the owner was proud of his restaurant and cuisine. The restaurant had a real Italian feel to it with mural and Vietri tiles decorating walls and floor. Next to... More

This restaurant is on a little piazza in the center of Vietri sul Mare. There are three people who work in the restaurant, so the service is a little slower than others. They are quite clear about their "slow food" approach so the additional wait time shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. They greeted me with a complimentary glass... More

I had a brief meal in the morning, good appetizers and local specialities. I went back next evening: didn't finish any of the dishes. the "Frittura" I believe must have been served (the sameone) many times. I left and went for a good Ice cream. I wonder I would have felt if I eat.
