Friendly and attentive service. A good choice of dishes for the two courses for thirteen pounds. The half chicken and roast beef sirloin my girlfriend and I had were both delicious and good sized portions.

My wife and I went to Ruby's at the Back Shed for an early evening meal about 6:30. There was plenty of seats available and we were met and shown to a table by a very pleasant waitress. She brought us both the main menu and the Early Bird menu ( served before 7:00 ). We both ordered chicken from... More

A few of us went for the steak night which is great value at £12 per steak with a free drink (including alcoholic drink). Fantastic value but despite ordering a very well done steak it arrived and once I cut into it there was blood all over the plate. I couldn't eat it so I sent it back but when... More

Welcome *** Restaurant staff ***** Bar staff *** Main course *** Sweet ** This was very much pub grub and plenty of it. Vegetables were very good and crunchy but lukewarm which was a pity. I believe that my chocolate cake was from a catering mix! If your hungry and need a good feed this pub maybe your answer! Thanks... More

What had happened to this place!!! Pizzas were always delicious, v much like in Italy ! Tonight our pizzas were undercooked, doughy, and I sent mine back to have it cooked more. My husband ate his,but he would eat anything! Husband then had cheesecake! It was awful, crumbly base with tasteless moose topping with a side of cream out of... More

Never been disappointed with the food in the back shed. Good size of portions and staff always been friendly. The back shed has a great selection of beers including clonmel, estrella damn and heverlee. Well worth a visit at lunch or for dinner.

Popped in today with the wife, lovely restaurant upstairs, only one other table in so we're seated quickly, food was reasonable, she had the goujons and I had the sausages and mash, good quality sausages although the potatoes seemed to be smash, waitress was very pleasant, would go back😀

One of my favourite pubs in Antrim. With the Cova at the front it's a great place to socialise. Good on rugby days with big TVs at the bar. In the evening they have musicians which always adds to a great night out.

Now called 'Ruby's', got our family together for a night out and a few drinks. Staff are great, atmosphere is spot on. Everything turned out well, so no complaints. Will definitely be back.
