We stopped here for lunch and enjoyed delicious homemade sandwiches. Such a cozy place. We chatted with the very friendly owners and discovered we have something in common -- Westies! A year later, we popped in again and the owners recognized us. The husband even suggested we stop by their home nearby to say hello to their Westie! Small town... More

A healthy lunch. Flavourful and fresh. Beautiful location. Loved sitting in the sunny garden. Excellent artwork inside. Wished it had prices. Not sure if it was for sale but quite outstanding.

Clearly a neighborhood hangout with lots of character - sloping floors in a converted old house make this a quirky cafe that's comfortable and homey. Great food, friendly people, low prices. Worth the stop!

Enjoyed wonderful homemade soup for lunch. The Apple Tree is a welcoming local restaurant...with delicious handmade sandwiches, soups and desserts! The staff is friendly and welcomes new guests with smiles.

Stopped on our way from Ainsworth to Revelstoke based on previous positive reviews. The Reuben and the MonteCarlo sandwiches were tasty. There was a little bit of a wait but well worth it. Quaint building with a lovely garden patio at the side or you can opt to eat inside. You have to go to the back of the restaurant... More

A little out of the way but well worth the visit! After a lovely, relaxing afternoon at the Ainsworth hot spring resort we took the drive to New Denver. The community is nestled in the fabulous Selkirk mountains and is a sight to behold. The community itself is charming in that it boasts many turn of the century buildings that... More

Our group went in for breakfast. They had one hot breakfast: a breakfast bagel. It cost twice what Tim Horton's charges for the same thing and while there was nothing wrong with it other than the 15 mins it took to serve it, it was certainly no better than Timmies. The coffee was weak although they told me it was... More

We stopped in for breakfast. The breakfast bagel was very good and so was the coffee. A nice family run business in a cute little town.

I ordered one of their vegetarian sandwiches and I liked how much veggies and cream cheese they put in this sandwich. Unfortunately they were out of salads at the time and this seem to be the next best thing on their menu. They also served it with a pickle and it tasted so good I wish they would have served... Was chilly out, had GREAT soup, each had a sandwich full of good things. Mine was gluten free denver and it was super! Place needs renovating and more bathrooms. Be prepared for some kid hen staff to have wacky humour!
