Very boutique twenty covers. The chef Chris has a philosophy of freshness and seasonal with most ingredients being local or from his own garden and it works. We had different wine with each course Chris married the course to wine, sparkling, white, rose, red and...finally a port. enhancing the flavours of each course. We could not fault the cooking or presentation. There was no rush with servers explaining the varies ingredients. When we get back to Oliver next year Chef’s Table will be our first call for a meal.More
