Il Gusto offers a surprising culinary experience in a quite unassuming decor. The attentive service matches its gastronomic aspirations. The menu sits slightly on the fence, not fully creative but not all classic either. This makes it a good option, where foods tastes good, although probably not something that will mark your memory forever.

When we entered this place, I did not expect much, although I knew that my Italian colleagues would not take me anywhere where it would not be good :) Very good service, very good food and excellent wines. If you are in Monza, you should really consider this place. Great value and good atmosphere.

I was expecting something totally different ....the service was fine ...but the food was very very plain ....something I could easily cook at home ....taste wise I was disappointed ......overpriced for what it serves.....

In a narrow street just off the beautiful center of Monza, a small restaurant, unpretentious from the outside. Charming inside but try to get one of the tables towards the street and avoid the inner part close to the bathroom. Creative cuisine with interesting innovative dishes. From starters to deserts you are likely to eat something you never had before... More

It's not gastronomic and expensive for what it is. If cheaper would deserve 4 or even 5. The risotto is very good. Sticking service. Special reward to the manager. Dishes are cooked/prepared with fresh ingredients but most of them are bland. There is no this touch of refinement that makes difference to become gastronomic. The fish and meat are served... More

I've been two times here with a coupon from Groupon and both the times the dinner was almost perfect. The location of the restaurant is not pretty the easiest as it's located right in the middle of the city, and it's surrounded by plenty of bars and locals. The ambience is, from the outside but, especially, from the inner point... More

This family favourite, continues to deliver new and exciting flavours, which are not only beautifully presented but delivery great taste and show huge skill and imagination from the chef. on our last visit the prawn started was a stand out dish. All the sauces throughout the meal were extremely skilfully prepared and packed with flavour. Each dish if perfectly judged... More

I am originally Italian, from Monza and regularly visit Monza on holidays and time off with my family. When we do we always make at least one trip to this restaurant. In Monza if you are looking for a more refined and and slightly higher standard of cousine this is the place. The menue changes regularly and always has something... More
