We had a tremendous experience. We were looking for GREAT paella, and we found it! Exceptional service, delicious food, and a VERY affordable price. The Jamon Tapas melts in your mouth, and the paella is simply the best I found in Rota. Let the owner select your wine... they recommended an awesome red wine with our meal, and we ended... More

Ate here as part of a group for dinner. Food was really good and reasonably priced. The paella and the fried fish was absolutely wonderful. After having the olives as a appetizer, I asked to buy a jar. They were not cheap but worth every euro. They were so good that I ordered another jar and asked the owner for... More

I was in Rota for a week on business and stumbled upon El Pesebre after seeing great reviews for their Paella. Got Paella on the first try with a few co-workers and thought it was just okay. The next time, I tried the Lamb and was hooked. My mother knows how to throw down in the kitchen, and this lamb... More

Cant go wrong here and the kitchen is all glass if you are one of those types that like to watch the chef cook, the Lamb is very very good.

Went to El Pesebre for the Paella and it did not disappoint. Got there when they first opened so we had the place to ourselves. We got a great table by the window overlooking the beach so we spent the time waiting for our Paella people-watching and enjoying the cool breeze from the open windows. The service was great, the... Wonderful steak and seafood place. You can get a table right on the oceanfront if you want a view while eating. Consistently good food and service.

I think this is a very underrated restaurant. Good quality paella especially. Good service, tables by the windows with a beach view are really nice as well.

Came to this restaurant because it was highly regarded by the hotel concierge. Just OK food with incedibly slow service. A bad sign that the ONLY people here on a Tuesday night were a few tables of Americans. Was told this was beautiful oceanfront. True, the main dining room has windows overlooking the ocean, but this restaurant just has space... More

Great food, great service, great atmosphere -- you're going to find those here. We shared our second meal upon arriving in Rota at El Pesebre -- this happened to be our first Spanish meal as well. We started with the avocado salad (delish) and the grilled shrimp (fantastic). I need to remember to ask how to make the dressing they... More

This is a traditional family restaurant, where every corner has a nice souvenir of his humble origins. We try to create a cozy atmosphere with its walls lined with natural wood and nailed one by one original form. We have a large dining room overlooking the main beach of the town where you can taste typical dishes of Rota as Rotena fish, good meat grilled or roasted lamb, but always respecting the recipes from 40 years ago They do in this house.
