Akasya is exactly the type of place one wishes wad as good as its location and decor but ends up being the kind of place you wish to avoid. The menu looks good..the food smells good..the service is so-so. Prices are okay but portions are small. And BE CAREFUL of hidden charges and attempts to scam you by bringing things... More

I visited Akasya 4 times during my stay on the island, which gave me the opportunity to try nearly most of the menu. The food is fantastic. The restaurant set my expectation when we had a big group dinner and ordered the grilled chicken breast. The chicken was soft and juicy, and you can cut it with a fork. An... More

I visited this place twice in August with family. First, I had Doner Kebab which was over cook and dry. Second time, I had medium cook steak and I got well-done. Waiters are polite but unprofessional. We were there around 19:00 o'clock with no reservation they did not want us to seat in a table reserved for 21:00 o'clock. I... More

Very nice place to eat, outside the hussle of the centre. The staff was friendly. The music was nice. We liked our pizza, seafood salad and lemonades. I d recommend for people looking for a peaceful atmosphere.

I think this was the best restaurant in the village (the restaurant at St George's monastery at the top of the hill was the best on the island.).Food was fresh, staff were excellent, especially the young guy who spoke many languages. Highly recommend

Staying at the Splendid Palace Hotel, this bar restaurant is next door. As well as good music from Turkish to Bob Marley, the atmosphere is great, so are the waiters and the food is fresh, well-prepared and varied, from Spag Bol to burgers to classic Turkish. Wine prices are reasonable, as against the rip-offs on the tourist paths. All power... More

My husband and I arranged to visit this restaurant on our anniversary. While the shorefront was blazing hot, crowded and smelly, this restaurant was cool and breezy with a peaceful atmosphere and a variety of offerings. Neither of us care for fish, so we ordered a New York style steak and a really lovely ravioli. Both meals were excellent. The... More
