Amazing fresh fish so good we went back the next evening, very relaxed and informal eatery, with a great selection of dishes with specials on the board every day. I believe speaking to friends it can get busy and would recommend you to book especially in peak season. We loved the meringues the best I've tasted...I really mean the best,... More

We enjoyed our meal which was a mixture of vegan, vegetarian, normal and fussy eaters! Somehow everyone was happy with their meal and would come a gain.

Cute little restaurant tucked away in Porthleven. Fantastic food and service. Love the variety of fish on the menu and the homemade bread that is brought out before every meal. The sweet potato wedges are scrumptious too!

What a lovely little restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. A great choice on the menu, could have eaten everything. My husband and I had the seafood chowder which was delicious and our main courses were equally fantastic- beautifully cooked, really tasty and all courses showed culinary flair. We also had Cornish white wine which was lovely. This would definitely... More

Surprised how tiny the venue was but the friendly staff and stylish decor made up for it. The food was exceptional with local fish a speciality. The chef Chris really knows his art and produced wonderful flavours to compliment the dishes. Fig and chorizo warm salad starter was a big hit as was the hake wrapped in Parma ham. Can't... More

What a wonderful gem of a restaurant this is. Simple food, mostly locally sourced or caught! Lovely staff with sense of humour. Lots of specials on board and then waitress brought out a special special menu. The scallops with crispy duck starter and seafood chowder were really delicious. Very warm and friendly. Good value too

The menu here is excellent and the presentation and cooking of the food second to none, but I found the setting (50's style cafe) rather incongruous - but that won't stop us returning at a later date!

1st visit to Porthleven and we've been very impressed with all the restaurants. It was great to see the owner Chris (who is also the chef) out in the dinning room waiting on and talking to customers. The choice is fantastic and the fresh seafood is amazing. It's also great that they allow dogs in as we were visiting with... More

We found the restaurant by chance and very glad we did! A very friendly waitress showed us to a table, provided menus and a carafe of water with glasses. We chose from the "Express lunchtime menu" priced at £11.25 to include two courses and a tea or coffee, although a la carte choices were available. We both had the warm... More

Had lunch there with my wife. Very good food served by lovely staff. And all that plus very reasonable cost. Will go again. 🙆
