A wonderful country drive out through the blueberry fields to find this cafe. Set amoung the blueberry bushes with a wonderful range of blueberry products, food and wine. Friendly staff with a wonderful sense of humour.

We were in a large group. Two of us elected to have cabinet 'creamy mushroom pies' with salad. After about 45mins they arrived. The pies looked nice accompanied by blueberry chutney in a small dish. The 'salad' looked as if it had come directly from a mesclun mix packet which had been opened some hours prior. It was wilting and... More

The food was fine, but the bunch of young girls working the cafe were laughing and joking loudly the whole time which was unprofessional. Used to be a favourite place to visit, but probably won't go back.

We went there for lunch on Christmas Eve. It was not too busy. Food was wonderful. The blueberry ice cream is a MUST after the meal. Service was good. We bought quite a lot of blueberry products after that. The view was good, facing a blueberry farm. We will return if we pass by there again. Good place to stop... More

This is a beautiful country side cafe, more like and American size than the small cafes throughout NZ. The inside is absolutely beautiful with large windows to look outside over the blueberry bushes or on nice days to sit outdoors.

A relaxing 25 min drive through the countryside from Hamilton, I thought this place must be good to survive in such an out of the way place. I was right! The lunch menu is quite extensive and reasonably priced, with all sorts of delicious options, and the breakfast menu is available all day also. The blueberry juice was delicious. The... More

We had a family lunch here and a couple of the dishes were horrible and no one at the table liked them. However the rest of the meals were quite nice. Coffee was good. Service was mostly friendly but when we complained about the food we didn't like we were dismissed as not understanding the dishes. A bit condescending and... More
