From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with a very loud Canadian who was just great! He makes this place, such a warm welcoming. The food was top notch, REAL mash potato!!!! Cold beer, nice food - no pesky flies trying to share it!! This deserves it's 5 star trip advisor rating, ideal for anyone, couples, families &... More

We stopped in for dinner this week and had a great meal. We sat and talked to the owner in between periods of time he was busily attending to other guests. It is a relaxed setting with a great selection on the menu. Our teenagers had the burgers, I had the curry lamb and my wife had the pork loin.... More

This is the first time I respond to a review (out of more than three hundred in the last few years) and for a reason. YOU ARE WRONG. I was not drunk. My staff and I went out of our way to please you, but no sir, everything we did you found fault with. One problem after another. You clearly,... More

This is a must do every time I'm in Samet. Food is great and the "crazy Canadian " Roger is worth a visit only him.

I stopped in for dinner one night and the place was pretty busy. The kitchen wasn't able to keep up with the orders (in a timely manner) and I eventually opted for the chicken kabobs from the front of the restaurant. The kabobs were good but to be great there needs to be an option for garlic mayonnaise. Roger, the... More

Great food. Great atmosphere. And lovely staff. Family run. Immaculate. And personal touch. Decided on the first night I would eat most of my meals here. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I just stopped here for a beer, and got chatting with the owner, Roger, who is ultra friendly. Menu looks good, with a mix of Thai and Western food. I am determined to try the bratwurst, which is sourced from a German maker on the mainland. There is a rotisserie where you can get grilled chicken kebab as a takeaway... More

Came here because I wanted something else than Thai food. Had the hamburger. This was great. Also wanted to try the spare ribs. Cause word on the Island is that they are amazing.
