The biggest advantage is the view on the old houses and castle. The place has good service and the food is good. It is a good place for food or drinks. The nicest thing is that it doesn't have a lot of tourists coming so it is less crowded than city center.

The breakfast layout was a little bit sparse. The first breakfast we had, the waitress automatically delivered a pot of coffee. The second breakfast was different as we had to ask for a pot of coffee, which seemed to throw the waitress into confusion. The breakfast was adequate. We ate in the restaurant over the road which was attached in... More

Just for a light lunch after 350km ride from France. Ordered Caesar's salad. Well presented: nice slices of chicken roasts on bed of salad, a couple of sad anchovy fishes, tough breadcrumbs, a minimalist presence of parmezan. Sadly it all swam in a watery vinaigrette. And dear, oh dear at the end the exciting discovery of one of Caesar's black... More

The Lodge is always a great place to eat with very friendly staff and delicious food. Allergies are no problem as the staff and chef will make sure to account for this. I've tried several dishes already in this restaurant, as has my wife, and we found them all to be delicious. 5 stars from me!

For the time I was working in the closeby Arenberg campus, this place has often been the location where we had some beers or small celebration with colleagues. Indeed, it also can be a nice place where to bring guests or visitors. There is much care in the dish presentations. As an example, even a simple black coffee comes with... More

Nice no nonesense restaurant close to Leuven and next to a beautifull castle! No wonder that students and professors are enjoying eating here.

I stayed at this hotel, and therefore I ate there as well. The asparagus were good, well cleaned, soft and nice to eat. The salmon was also okay. But the dessert. Oh. The dessert. I forgot what the official term on the menu was. But it contained chocolate in dough in a porcelain cup. And icecream. But the chocolate was... More

Went there with 16 friends, we've made a reservation -and- specified beforehand what each of us wanted to have. The location itself is very common, looks more than an canteen than a restaurant. Even if some decorative items and lit candles are present. We were seated in the veranda, next to the entry door. It was quite cold outside and... More

we came into this restaurant just because we need a drink. located close to the other restaurants, such as Zorba, this restaurant is not to compete in terms of menu. the other restaurants offer greek and steak based. we like the ambience, and open glass top to feel that we are in the garden. beer is good. we go for...
