Beautiful view, tasty food and very good service. A family business that makes you feel friendly each time you visited! Good choice

Known for, many years the owners of the Hibiscus restaurant, They were initially specialized in Greek salads, saganaki, steaks, fish. They had always had in mind, to open a pizzeria that was to support the restaurant. For many years, they had pizza, Moroccans, Tunisians, and even some Albanians who was posing as Italian. Now they have a pizza woman who... More

Ate in Hibiscus in August 2016. The lamb chops looked as though they had been thrown on the plate and were of poor quality. The meat on them was virtually non existent. The staff were not attentive and didn't seem interested. Will not be returning, I think this was the worst meal we've ever had on Paros

I loved the pizza and the Mediterranean salad. I sat next to the sea watching the sunset, it was delightful. The staff was very friendly and I like the idea that it is a family business, everyone of the staff was so cheerful and helpful.

We ate here in June 2016 while on the island for our wedding. We discovered this little gem near the start of our trip & returned many times over our 3 week stay. The best part was that they could accommodate a large group on arrival for 30-40 people which is rare without a booking and the food was all... More

I dined with a couple of friends at Hibiscus in late July 2016. We were impressed by the harbourside position as the perfect vantage point to watch the sun set. However that ends my praise. Service was poor - the waiter had a whinge about how many hours he had been working with no days off, yet had the gall... More

Had a decent meal here whilst waiting for our late night ferry. We had stifado and kleftiko, both were very nice . Not huge meals, no sides of veg or salad but tasty all the same. The staff were really friendly and chatty which was good.

This is a friendly family run restaurant with a wood oven cooking most delicious pizza. Alex and his family are multilingual and friendly. His wife cooks the pizza in the traditional wood fired oven. There is a big menu not just pizza! This is a great place to meet friends. This restaurant is in the very best position to watch... More

Be careful. It is a nightmare. This is a hazardous venture. If you want to be sick and know everything about the emergency department of the Paros hospital do proceed. Frozen food, slow service (45mn is a minimum). staff wants you to finish your dish and pay ASAP. bye Antoine

This restaurant is over hyped (by itself) it claims that food is cooked in clay oven there is one with very small one with very little fire and an industrial oven behind it. Octopus kleftico and pizza rubbing. Salad very good particularly dressing complemented by the sun dried tomatoes. Service was good.
