We had very good "covers" followed by a swordfish steak (her) and a sirloin (...... with potatoes and lovely mixed veg salad ( lovely herb seasoning and all).Best sirloin steak in years.The sirloin steak on a stone is so worth every penny.

Great food

Service always very attentive. This is a busy restaurant with locals and visitors alike. If you plan to go it is worth booking first. They have a log fire in the winter which adds to the atmosphere.

Have been going to Alvor for 30 years - one of the first restaurants we visited and still go every time we are in Alvor - still great value family run restaurant with brilliant food and service from the friendly staff - excellent location too.
