After a long walk on Mao-Mahon's boardwalk, we decided to stop by this nice restaurant which serves authentic dishes of the island of Minorca. For appetizers, we had marinated dogfish and fresh fried anchovies. They were both excellent. We then ordered “Paella de Senyoret” featuring Senyoret rice, known in English as the “gentleman’s rice,” a specialty of the region of... More

Everything about the meal & the service here is nice.... not bad, not excellent.... just nice.... but you expect more than nice when you are paying quayside prices so we won't be paying a return visit I'm afraid.

Myself and three others decided to visit Mahon for the fiesta on 9th September, 2015. We found a lot of restaurants were closed and decided to visit this particular restaurant as it seemed to be busy. We were all appalled at the service we received by the staff. Our cutlery was thrown down on the table, our orders were forgotten... More

After we spent a few lovely days in Menorca we wanted to try a really good Paella and one of the few people we met in Mahon recomended the Paella mixta from this restaurant. Cazon, Ortigas and then a divine paella. The place isn't cheap but the food is great so is the location in the harbour and the service... More

We chose to eat here as the menu was varied and the young lady recommended the fresh fish which cost €28 each (cap roig). We shared steamed mussels as a starter which were ok, not a big portion and very small mussels. The fresh fish was grilled and tasteless, the empty fish head filled half the plate and came with... We visited this restaurant last year and were impressed so returned this year. The outdoor location on the harbour edge an excellant position and, again, we were not disappointed. The staff were friendly, the choice of food on the menu was varied and all four meals were very good. Would return again without a doubt.

After initially being asked "what do you want", we were shown to our seat where the table would have been more stable in the port. After the rudest service possible for ridiculous prices we ate and left. The food was OK but everything else was shocking. AVOID!!!

After waiting for the highly recommended Ses Forquilles to open at 8.30pm on a Monday night based on the opening times on their door but with no sign of any life by 9pm, the hunt was on for some food to satisfy a rumbling belly. Not seeing much of fancy in the main town area, headed down along the port... More
