It has been a surprise ! It was almost the only one with some people inside and we found a real treasure. The pizza is quite good (we are Italian) and the main course I tried was also good. The atmosphere is peculiar, you have the impression to go back deep to last century, even if the restaurant looks modern.... More

A very cosy place, run by a cute family, offering super tasty, fresh food and pizza from the oven. The food is freshly made right in front of you, the service and the kids give you the feeling of being an old friend. After the main you are offered ouza and cake for free :) A lot of people come... We came to this good restaurant on 3 occasions to enjoy excellent pizzas and oven baked meat and lamb dishes. We were always given a very good welcome from the staff with excellent service. We appreciated the grappa alcool accompanied with grapes or cretan cake offered after the meal.

This place is truly authentic Greek and Italian food/ menu. Best pizza we had in Greece. There is a very large playroom for children Go eat here!

Stuffed pepper starter was ok, but almost immediately our main courses arrived and were cold already. The grilled calamari was not just cold, but over cooked to rubber (though the cats enjoyed it!) and the pizza was also cold and had a soggy bottom and tasteless outer crust. It was as if they were unused earlier orders. Very disappointing altogether.

I had an excellent Pizza and my wife a couple of delicious starters which she could not finish. Our only gripe was that we had to wait an eternity for our bill at the end . so room for improvement there !

Excellent food, lots of pizzas but also a good Cretan dish menu. All worth trying but we particularly liked the graviera saganaki with a tomato dip and the chicken with orange sauce.Good value and lovely staff.

I've never seen a restaurant anywhere with so many different pizza topping choices! The range is astonishing. Also many pasta dishes. Definitely worth a try and very reasonably priced.

We had been during a previous visit to Paleochora after a recommendation from a Greek friend who said his son 'rated' it. This time we looked beyond the pizzas and to our surprize the local Greek food was some of the best we have ever had. Unlike some of the restaurants there is no real effort to display dishes in... Lovely location along the front looking out onto the sea and stars. Good if you want a break from Cretan food although in fairness they do have have a small selection of local dishes. Big restuarant and one side is located next to a children's play area which can make it a bit noisy if you are seated there although... More
