We didn't actually eat here as we didn't get as far as ordering ! My husband fancied something on the chalkboard so although the place was empty we sat down . The waitress was sitting at a table and took her 10 minutes to notice she had a customer . When she finally came over nothing on the special board... More

We tried many places for food. The port has the best starters and the best main dishes!! evrything was fresh.I was amazed by the chicken on the grill and ''tsigariasto'' and ''staka'' was the peak of the night!!The people are very friendly there. I highly reccomend that place!

Sadly only about 40% of the menu was available, we would have got up and left if we hadn't already ordered a drink. The waitress wasn't able to manage the situation. Disappointed .

This port side restaurant is great for grilled food, and especially for spit roast chicken and lamb. Lots of locals seem to use this place, and we can see why. It's great value for money with a lovely friendly waitress. It was quite empty though on two occasions we visited so it's better as the season gets busier or maybe... More

I've tried many restaurants in the area and for me "the port" is the best: good welcoming waitress who gives a very good advice regarding the food, what to choose... fresh food and really tasty, the price comparing to the other restaurants nearby are very interesting, and an amazing view sea view!!! I really recommand it you won't be disappointed

The Port is where you go for a proper supper. Food that tastes and looks as if your absolute favourite Aunt and Uncle have made it , just on the off chance that you were popping in. Never has a giant bean tasted so good. The food here cuddles your soul and sends you on the way with a full belly... More

Had dinner here last night. Lovely setting with traditional tools etc on walls. It was a warm haven as the wind was up and all other restaurants too cold sit in/outside. We shared saganaki cheese and giant beans followed by lamb with herbs and chicken souvlaki - basic tester foods for us. The starters were ok and a huge portion... More

The outdoor seating for the Port restaurant is almost directly facing the jetty where the 'Neptune' brings passengers ashore from Sougia. The sun sets behind the restaurant and the cliffs and little boats are illuminated as the sun goes down giving a beautiful tranquil view across the sea. Very romantic setting. The food is freshly cooked and very good quality.... More
