We have been visiting this lovely place in the past and Yulija greeted us with her beautiful smile and provided the menus. Choosing is the worst thing you will experience here! Every time the chef proposes intriguing combinations and you start salivating by just reading...their descriptions. The wine list is also good although not too long. Beside being incredibly good, the food is also a delight for the eye. Food is mostly prepared on the spot, so do not expect fast service, but the taste is well worth the wait! Prices are not cheap but absolutely adequate to the he quality. Even more recommended!More

Creative combinations of typical umbrian ingredients served by a charming host in a historical, laidback setting - all contributed to the best dinner we had during our holiday in the Narni area (and we visited most of the top 10 restaurants).

Four of us traveling together found this gem on Tripadvisor. Finding the restaurant itself was a different matter. It is in San Vito (not Guadomello) and for us required asking the locals a few times. Persevere, it's worth the time. We got there just before...2:30 closing. Only one other table occupied but we were warmly greeted. We sat on the back terrace overlooking an awesome panorama of Umbrian countryside. Simply wonderful. But the big treat was the meal. The menu is all in Italian, so bring your dictionary. The waitress tried very hard to help with translation and between us we managed to order. The antipasti was the most interesting we have seen. Fabluous creations of local meats, vegetables, fruits and flowers. Each dish was better than the next. We all ordered primi piatti and were just as impressed. Everything was fresh, well prepared and presented in the most elegant fashion. And the prices were totally reasonable. In the US we would have paid three times as much. The service was very good. I would call it Italian leisurely. We were very content to dine al fresco, talk with our friends, enjoy the view, sip our wine and partake of our meal as it was served. A beautiful experience altogether and one we'll not soon forget.More

I ate here during a recent vacation from California and had a great experience. The location, San Vito di Narni, is superb and the restaurant, a granary built in 1696, very well furnished with a lot of antiques and artifacts, is something spectacular with a...very intimate atmosphere that sends you back in the History of the ancient Umbria. Giovanni, outstanding chef, and his wife Yuliya are the perfect hosts, they know how master the art of entertaining people. Great food and great wine list. Highly recommendedMore
