We truly enjoyed our dining experience. We were seated at the table in the corner in the back of the restaurant. It was very private and quiet, away from the bustling dining room. Be very careful not to indulge in all the "complimentary" appetizers before you order your meal. I made this mistake and could not eat my entree. The... More

Again, what would you expect from a restaurant in the Ritz. Both Erick and Jaroleen made us feel like royalty. We had the best seat in the restaurant in a small corner with wine bottles on three sides. Gave us so many complimentary appetizers our only complaint is that we had trouble eating our entrees. After the meal provided complimentary... More

Located within the beautiful Ritz Carlton, the restaurant was upscale. Very nice classic atmosphere. Nice place to celebrate a special occasion. Food was typical Italian food nothing spectacular considering the cost.

Pushy waiter pushing a retail $45.00 Duckhorn Pinot for$400.00 is a total ripoff. The food was just so so . Well below the asking price. I felt like we were in an a Atlantic City Casino buffet place.I would suggest that Marmelade or Jam would be the superior choice.

Loved the melow traditional vibe of the restaurant! Not so busy, compared to the other outlets. Great food, Expected more of the Staff, since i was spending a decent amount for my meal.

For the atmosphere and service alone I can't believe some of the reviews I've read. I am 100% Italian and thought my grandmother was in the back cooking. The over the top service and appetizer touches, from the cheese, to the bread, antipasto etc. I would say this is my favorite restaurant in San Juan, especially for Italian food. Pricey,... More

Like, the house appetizers are quite tasty. The rest of the meal was disgusting. I asked for Paparadelle, and it was not cooked. The plate looked like a trough of thrown together "stuff". They were out of Osso Bucco, Sorbet, Gelato, and the tea selection box as 1/2 empty and a few slots filled with Lipton's finest. But the coup... More

I don't normally bring price into it but it seemed like they just thoguht they could get the y higher dollars so the priced things that way. If you don't mind that, the food was plentiful and very tasty.

the mulino at the ritz carlton was lovely-all of the waiters wore tuxedo's & were super charming-they first give you antipasto when you sit down-we were asked to move tables because they had a large party coming, so they gave us free wine-the food was delicious-I would highly recommend this place to anyone-also the casino is our favorite on the...
