Service at Marydale's is an experience in itself. Especially when the rude waitress starts rolling her eyes around cause you had a question about the menu. You also better be ready with your order the second she comes over, after ignoring you for good 25 minutes. Food. Frozen french fries, everything from frozen. I've had some amazing food at small... Great stop for lunch. Clubhouse is yummy and the staff were friendly. Just a regular small town diner with the basics.

We decided to have breakfast out and ventured on into Marydale's restaurant. Having stood at the door waiting to be seated or at least told we could sit anywhere by a waitress, another patron came in and said to us just to find a seat. Nothing too special on the menu, but that's ok. Straightforward menu, prices decent. Our food... More

Visited here for our first dinner in Lions head as we arrived on a holiday and lots was closed. It is your typical small town restaurant.... Which does have the potential of being good. However, sadly this was not. Everything we had, including the fried were cooked from frozen .... Grill cheese and omelettes used Kraft cheese slices . A... More

We were told this was a nice place to dine if we got to visit Lion's Head. More simple choices, good prices, nice service, a more local, less touristy stop. About 25 schoolchildren visited it as we were leaving, which gave us a moment to see some of the beautiful children.

A warm and welcoming diner with excellent customer service, the breakfasts are wonderful, service is fast with attentive care and the overall atmosphere is homely. Loved the little touches like the children's drawings that individualise the menus.

Dropped by for both lunch and dinner. They got a bit of everything for all ages and half portions under senior/kids menu section. Very friendly staff and food come within decent time frame. All around decent diner food but charging two dollars for hot water was a bit of a surprise.

Another busy restaurant with hometown style and service at low prices. A place where visitors from various countries gather to enjoy a good breakfast and other meals before they take to the water or the Bruce Trail. Situated in the midst of Lion's Head.

Had the club sandwich platter with fries and coleslaw. Everything was prepared perfectly and great portion sizes. The restaurant was very clean and cute! Service could have been a little friendlier and a better radio station should have been picked that day. Overall, we'll be back next time for the pies and dinner.
